The head of a state mental institution that treats convicted sex offenders was arrested Wednesday on suspicion of child molestation.

The head of a state mental institution that treats convicted sex offenders was arrested Wednesday on suspicion of child molestation. Napa State Hospital Executive Director Claude E. Foulk, 62, will be charged with 35 counts of forcible sexual molestation by the Los Angeles County District Attorne's Office.
