Yelp! Accused of Extorting Businesses

Yelp!, the popular Web site that posts customers' reviews of restaurants, nightclubs and other businesses, was hit with a federal class action lawsuit Wednesday, alleging its ad reps "extort" monthly payments from businesses in exchange for removing or changing negative reviews.
