Cancer Center Settles Suit Over Medicare Fraud for $900,000

LOS ANGELES - A company that manages a Palm Springs outpatient cancer center has agreed to pay the federal government $900,000 in return for the dismissal of a lawsuit alleging that the center overcharged Medicare for services to patients.
