Panel OKs Judicial Candidate's Description on November Ballot
The 2nd District Court of Appeal ruled Sept. 11 that it was reasonable for Paul Bacigalupo, a State Bar Court judge and Los Angeles Superior Court candidate, to use the description "Judge, State Bar" on the November ballot.
