Firm Sues Ex-NBA Star Over Unpaid Legal Bills

LOS ANGELES - Lavely & Singer has sued former basketball star and consummate bad boy Dennis Rodman for $193,818.92 in unpaid legal bills. The Century City firm's lawsuit, filed in Los Angeles County Superior Court, alleges that Rodman and his company, The Rodman Group, have breached a contract with the firm by refusing to pay the outstanding balance. Lavely & Singer Professional Corp. v. Dennis K. Rodman, SC073689 (L.A. Super. Ct., filed Aug. 27, 2002.).
