Career Prosecutor Received His Dying Wish

LOS ANGELES - Services for Irwin N. Bloom of the Los Angeles County district attorney's office will take place today in Inglewood. Bloom died of liver cancer at his home in Los Angeles on Sept. 5. He was 68.
