Panel Will Consider Whether Ballot Designation Misleads

The Court of Appeal will hear arguments on Sept. 10 as to whether Los Angeles Superior Court candidate Paul Bacigalupo can use "Judge, State Bar" to describe himself on the Nov. 5 ballot.
