NetScreen Will Buy OneSecure For $40 Million

Most problems have solutions - and the potential for lots of money to be made along the way. Case in point: Sunnyvale's OneSecure Inc., which makes a product to fight the modern scourges of computer viruses and hacking. The technology has attracted the attention of NetScreen Technologies Inc., also of Sunnyvale, which has agreed to buy privately held OneSecure in a $40 million stock transaction.
