Valley Business Park May Change Hands

A hot piece of real estate in the San Fernando Valley soon may be in the hands of a new owner. AH Warner Center Properties has agreed to sell the Warner Center Business Park, a 470,000-square-foot complex in Woodland Hills. Under the pact, the buyer is a partnership between Kearny Real Estate Co. and Morgan Stanley Real Estate Funds.
