New Yuba Judge Is Home-Grown
MARYSVILLE - "Yuba County is my county," Kathleen O'Connor declared in a recent interview. It's true Yuba County's newest judge has history in the county: She's a fourth-generation resident who lives in the farmhouse her great-grandfather built in the 1920s, and she has spent most of her 30-year legal career in Marysville, the county seat.
