Dechert Crosses Into Germany Opens an Outpost in Frankfurt

Dechert has expanded into Germany with the opening of a Frankfurt office in early August. Corporate lawyer Gerhard Kaiser has joined Dechert as the managing partner of the office, which initially is focusing on corporate, tax and financial services.
