San Diego-Based Tarari Inc. Becomes First Intel Spinoff

A new technology company has been born in Southern California. Chip manufacturing titan Intel Corp. of Santa Clara has spun off Tarari Inc. from its network processing group. As part of the transaction, Tarari received $13 million in venture capital financing.
