Utah resort developer Private Residence Club Associates LLC has completed the purchase of land and obtained financing for its new resort, Club Regent Park City.

        Utah resort developer Private Residence Club Associates LLC has completed the purchase of land and obtained financing for its new resort, Club Regent Park City.
        The deal is valued at $67 million.
        When development is complete, Private Residence Club Associates will sell fractional ownership interests in the luxury resort.
