LOS ANGELES - Troy Newman had been waiting for President Bush's inauguration for eight years. "I'm excited to get a guy out of office who committed despicable acts and replace him with someone aligned with the values we find most important," Newman said Saturday as Bush took the oath on the west steps of the U.S. Capitol.
