High Court to Review 9th's 'Virtual' Child Porn Decision

SAN FRANCISCO - The Supreme Court agreed Monday to review a 1996 law criminalizing the distribution of sexually explicit images that "appear to be" minors engaging in sexual acts but do not actually involve use of real children.
