Edison Asks Court To Block Sell-Off

LOS ANGELES - Southern California Edison filed suit late Friday asking the court to block the California Power Exchange from selling off valuable contracts held by the utility in order to close the $4.5 billion deficit the company has incurred during the state's recent energy crisis.
