Another Suit Filed Over Fee Award

SACRAMENTO - The chairman of the state Board of Equalization filed his own suit Thursday to challenge an $88.5 million fee award to five law firms for their successful efforts to have the state's smog fee for out-of-state vehicles declared unconstitutional.
