RIVERSIDE - A Riverside lawyer has been convicted of assisting in a conservatorship fraud that robbed elderly and ill people of more than $250,000.
Michael J. Molloy was found guilty Tuesday of seven felony counts, including embezzlement by a caretaker of elder adults, grand theft and procuring perjury. He was acquitted of one count of perjury.
