S.J. 'SLAPP' Litigants Now Battling Over Fees

SAN JOSE - The lawyer for a Santa Clara County family court psychologist told a judge Tuesday that the $170,000 in attorneys fees sought by unhappy litigants after they won the dismissal of a defamation complaint last year were "overreaching, gouging and predatory."
