Custody of Disputed Dog Resolved
SAN FRANCISCO - In a move discouraging to those working to change the way animals are viewed by the courts, Orange County Superior Court Judge Geoffrey T. Glass on Wednesday ordered two ex-lovers to reach an agreement on a custody arrangement for their pet Rottweiler, Guinness, and suggested that if they did not, he was inclined to have them sell the dog and split the proceeds.
