Yodlee.com Inc. is buying VerticalOne Corp. for an undisclosed amount. Redwood Shores' Yodlee provides personal account aggregation services on the Internet. Bank balances, travel reservations, e-mail, news and other information are stored together in a personal account accessed online. The application is offered by Yodlee's co-brand partners, including America Online Inc., Citibank, AltaVista Co., E*TRADE Group Inc. and Morgan Stanley Dean Witter & Co.
