Court: Alleged Conspiracy Falls Outside Comp System

SAN FRANCISCO - In a decision clarifying the jurisdiction of the state Workers' Compensation Appeals Board, a unanimous state Supreme Court ruled Thursday that some conspiracy allegations leveled against workers' comp insurance companies can be pursued outside the state compensation system.
