Manatt Partner Jumps to Cooley Godward
LOS ANGELES - Los Angeles' Manatt Phelps & Phillips has lost partner Nancy Wojtas to Palo Alto-based Cooley Godward. Wojtas, who left Manatt Phelps to concentrate exclusively on corporate securities law, joined Cooley Godward on Tuesday as a partner. The 700-attorney firm is regarded highly for its corporate securities practice. Last year, it handled 58 public offerings worth $8.7 billion.
