Oakland firm sues hosptial over pension benefits

An Oakland law firm joined a nationwide conflict over pension benefits at Catholic-affiliated hospitals Tuesday.


On behalf of a group of hospital workers, Lewis, Feinberg, Lee, Renaker & Jackson PC filed a lawsuit against the Daughters of Charity Health System alleging that the nonprofit's pension system should be subject to federal regulation.
