Sullivan helps Endo International acquire Auxilium Pharmaceuticals for $2.6B
Auxilium received an unsolicited $2.2 billion buyout offer from Endo on Sept. 12. when Auxilium was in the midst of acquiring Canadian ophthalmology treatment maker QLT Inc.

Sullivan & Cromwell LLP represented Dublin, Ireland-based health care conglomerate Endo International PLC in its $2.6 billion acquisition of Auxilium Pharmaceuticals Inc., a deal announced last week.
Partners Alison S. Ressler in Los Angeles and Keith A. Pagnani in New York led the Sullivan team. Neither could be reached to comment on the deal.
