Wilson Sonsini opens second Delaware office

Palo Alto-based Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati PC opened a new office in Wilmington, Del., the firm announced Tuesday. The new location will be the firm's second in Delaware, the other being an operation in Georgetown on the southern end of the state.
