MGM hires EVP of business and legal affairs for television division

NBCUniversal, GE alum Laura Black Dawson joined studio this week

Beverly Hills-based entertainment company Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer Studios Inc. has appointed its first executive vice president of business and legal affairs for MGM Television, Development and Production.


Laura Black Dawson, who started her new job Monday, reports to Television Group and Digital President Roma Khanna and Senior Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary Scott Packman.
