The federal Environmental Protection Agency has announced it will not regulate greenhouse gas emissions from ships or non-road engines such as construction equipment anytime soon, but signaled it may act on emissions from aircraft. In a letter sent Friday to several environmental groups that had sued the agency over the issue, the EPA said it would begin exploring whether to regulate aircraft emissions once pending litigation over it...
