EPA won't regulate non-road emissions for now

The federal EPA has announced it will not regulate greenhouse gas emissions from ships or non-road engines such as construction equipment anytime soon.

The federal Environmental Protection Agency has announced it will not regulate greenhouse gas emissions from ships or non-road engines such as construction equipment anytime soon, but signaled it may act on emissions from aircraft.
