Once again, the Daily Journal has allowed unnecessary editorializing in what is supposed to be an objective, factual article. ("9th Circuit declines to rehear Prop. 8 case," June 6). Your predilection for labeling judges as either liberal or conservative and then drawing unsupported conclusions from those labels was on full display in the "article" concerning the 9th Circuit's denial of en banc review in the Prop 8 case. ...
