LA court layoff details emerge
Los Angeles County Superior Court will lay off 157 employees and shift another 108 workers to part-time status on Friday.

As part of its planned budget cuts , the Los Angeles County Superior Court will lay off 157 employees and shift another 108 workers to part-time status on Friday, according to a document obtained by The Daily Journal and confirmed late Wednesday by court officials.
