Senate confirms last 9th Circuit nominee

The Senate confirmed Arizona Supreme Court Justice Andrew D. Hurwitz to join the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in a voice vote Tuesday.

WASHINGTON -- The Senate confirmed Arizona Supreme Court Justice Andrew D. Hurwitz to join the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in a voice vote Tuesday.
