Democrats move to get Hurwitz confirmed

For the second time in three weeks, Senate Democrats moved to pierce Republican opposition to a confirmation vote for a 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals candidate.

WASHINGTON -- For the second time in three weeks, Senate Democrats moved to pierce Republican opposition to a confirmation vote for a 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals candidate.
