Gun show plaintiffs continue to press case against Alameda

Lawyers for a pair of gun show owners on Thursday petitioned the 9th Circuit to modify its June 1 en banc opinion to decide which party prevailed.

Dissatisfied with the outcome of their epic litigation over the legality of gun shows at the Alameda County fairgrounds, the lawyers for plaintiffs Russell and Sallie Nordyke on Thursday petitioned the 9th Circuit to modify its June 1 en banc opinion to decide which party prevailed, which party owes fees and costs and whether sanctions are warranted against Alameda County.
