Compton voters approve election changes

Compton voters on Tuesday passed a ballot measure that changes city council elections from an at-large system to a district system.

Compton voters on Tuesday passed a ballot measure that changes city council elections from an at-large system to a district system where members will be chosen from specific areas of the city.
