A recent ruling in the Coudert Brothers LLP bankruptcy could provide some timely support for the Heller Ehrman LLP estate in its ongoing battle to recoup profits from law firms that took work originating at Heller.
Last week, U.S. District Judge Collen McMahon of the Southern District of New York ruled that 10 law firms must account for profits they made from former Coudert Brothers partners.
