Bankruptcy trustee slams Solyndra over delays

The trustee in charge of the bankruptcy proceeding of solar manufacturer Solyndra LLC has objected to the company's request for a nearly four-month extension to the process and the ability to borrow more money.

The trustee in charge of the bankruptcy proceeding of solar manufacturer Solyndra LLC has objected to the company's request for a nearly four-month extension to the process and the ability to borrow an additional $3 million to cover costs during the proceeding.


Trustee Roberta DeAngeles criticized Solyndra's leadership for failing to make adequate progress in the proceeding.
