Solar project bill signed by governor

A state bill benefiting a 664-megawatt solar project under development in San Bernardino County was signed by Governor Jerry Brown Wednesday.

A state bill benefiting a 664-megawatt solar project under development in San Bernardino County was signed by Governor Jerry Brown Wednesday. Assembly Bill 107 by Assemblyman Felipe Fuentes (D-Los Angeles) will allow the developer of the Calico Solar Project, K Road Calico, the option to pursue approval from the California Energy Commission for changes to its plans for the project.
