Orrick advises SunEdison on solar deal in Arizona

SunEdison announced last week it had signed a $65 million loan agreement with North American Development Bank to develop a 20 megawatt solar project in Arizona.

Belmont-based solar company SunEdison announced last week it had signed a $65 million loan agreement with North American Development Bank to develop a 20 megawatt solar project in Arizona. Thomas B. Glascock, a partner with Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP's San Francisco office, represented SunEdison in the transaction.

The project will supply power to Tucson Electric Power through a 20-year power purchase agreement.
