Small courts rely on AOC services

Many are critical of the usefulness of the AOC; small courts depend on it. By Richard Scheuler of Tehama County Superior Court


In a recent quote in an online news blog, Judge Robert Dukes of the Los Angeles County Superior Court stated, "The AOC remains fat, robust, and I defy anyone to tell me what meaningful service they provide to the public. Until the chief and the Judicial Council start to acknowledge those problems, they're going to get no resolution to the signature failure of our trial courts." See
