Democrats force vote on 9th Circuit candidate

Senate Democrats moved Thursday to break through Republican obstruction and force a confirmation vote for 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals candidate Paul J. Watford.

WASHINGTON -- Senate Democrats moved Thursday to break through Republican obstruction and force a confirmation vote for 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals candidate Paul J. Watford.
