Irell Wins Bid for Ebay in Patent Case
A U.S. appeal court ruling that eBay and its subsidiary Skype did not infringe on two patents was a big win for Irell & Manella.

LOS ANGELES Irell & Manella successfully defended eBay Inc. and its subsidiary Skype in a three-year-long patent lawsuit that ended when a federal appeals court affirmed a district court ruling that the companies did not infringe on two peer-to-peer patents held by Peer Communications.
