Complaint Against Foley Is Dropped

Virginia-based SPH America accused the law firm of misappropriation of trade secrets by disclosing the company's ownership of various patents.

A Virginia judge last week expressed unhappiness with a patent holding company over a now-dropped complaint against Foley & Lardner, imposing conditions that would require it to pay to re-file the lawsuit.
