South Gate to Pay Officers in Bias Suit

Six years of litigation involving claims of discrimination and harassment at the South Gate Police Department came to an end Tuesday, as lawyers reached an agreement to pay two plaintiffs as part of a $19 million settlement with the city.

Six years of litigation involving claims of discrimination and harassment at the South Gate Police Department came to an end Tuesday, as lawyers reached an agreement to pay two plaintiffs as part of a $19 million settlement with the city.
