Venture Law Group founder Craig Johnson dies

Craig W. Johnson, the attorney and entrepeneur best known as the co-founder of the Venture Law Group, died Saturday after suffering a stroke. He was 62. Johnson, who formed Venture Law Group in 1993 after leaving Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, was a leading attorney representing Silicon Valley startups and his firm was a major player during the dot-com boom.
