EPA Pushes New Emissions Rule

EPA Administrator Lisa Jackson released a proposed rule Wednesday aimed at curbing climate change.

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency announced a major push to curb climate change Wednesday, releasing a proposed rule to get major polluters such as oil refineries and power plants to cut greenhouse gas emissions.
