Copyright Law Used to Protect Privacy

Married actors Eric Dane and Rebecca Gayheart are the most recent in a string of celebrities to claim copyright infringement to stop the spread of a naughty video.

LOS ANGELES - Married actors Eric Dane and Rebecca Gayheart are the most recent in a string of celebrities to have a private tape featuring intimate acts leaked to the public on the Internet.

According to a complaint filed in Los Angeles federal court Wednesday, they're also the latest to claim copyright infringement to stop the spread of a naughty video.
