Attorney Tries to Undo Jury Mistake

Tax lawyer Duane Pellervo was shocked to learn after serving on a San Francisco jury that he misunderstood the judge's instructions. But now he's outraged that the jury's mistake still hasn't been corrected two years later.

SAN FRANCISCO - As a longtime tax lawyer, Duane Pellervo interprets rules for a living. So he was shocked to learn after serving on a San Francisco jury that he misunderstood the judge's instructions.

But now he's outraged that the jury's mistake - which resulted in a conviction and lifetime sex offender registration requirement for a Bay Area man - still hasn't been corrected two years later.
