SANDISK OF SUNNYVALE BRINGS IN $125 MILLION

Sunnyvale's SanDisk Corp. closed a $125 million debt offering on Dec. 24. The underwriter was Morgan Stanley. SanDisk produces and sells computer disks for data and audio storage. Its products include CompactFlash, used for digital cameras, and SmartMedia Card, used for digital cameras and digital music players.
