Ex-Officials of DA's Office File Lawsuit

SAN BERNARDINO - Dan Lough, former second-in-command at the district attorney's office, and Barry Bruins, the office's former chief investigator, filed a federal lawsuit Wednesday alleging that their civil rights were violated by federal investigators and San Bernardino County sheriff's officials who secretly recorded their conversations in 2000.
