Panel Upholds Class Status in Overtime Suit

LOS ANGELES - In a decision long awaited by employment lawyers, the 2nd District Court of Appeal has ruled in an unpublished opinion that a trial court was right to grant class certification to drivers at a bottled water company in an overtime suit they brought against their employer.
